Twinfinite Writes: EA definitely had a rocky 2017 in more than one way. Here's how the company can improve upon things going forward.
1. by going bankrupt
In Ea we don't Trust ...........by Ea
they should stop destroying their franchises with loot boxes if they're so interested in that area go mobile only. another way for them to improve is to sell off all their other IPs that aren't sports games but hey I'm dreaming that will never happen unless they go bankrupt and even then I believe EA would rather sink with their IPs then to sell it off to the highest bidder.
And sacrifice less puppies.
EA won't improve though, the only thing they'll take from the whole Battlefront 2 controversy is to be more subtle, basically they'll lube up before screwing you in the ass next time.
Amen to that as that is what I believe will be the case with them.
I have zero faith that EA will change, I say continue to respond with your wallet and do not support a company that won't even listen to its customers.
It's not like they are ever going to learn from their mistakes. Despite the controversy, EA are still money grabbing monsters in suits.

delusional kids. ea is doing just fine and they will continue their ways becaus everybody who complains buys the game two weeks later anyway.
Be ok for a while. But I suspect that the numbers for their latest titles are down. I know I don't speak for the world but I dropped my orders of SW and UFC knowing that they're trying to force MTs on people. Maybe not quite P2W but erring that way. At the end of the day, plenty of other software to take up, so their titles won't be top of my agenda until they change their mindset. They'll still make money until people decide enough is enough. 100% P2W may be that watershed though...
Usually yes but after Battlefront 2, no. They had their chance to make the changes after the beta backlash and look how that turned out, they have shown their true intentions and maybe games as big as Fifa won't be effected but smaller games certainly will be.
Pay off the media so that they do not attack specific games for things that have been in gaming for years?
1. No more microtransactions, loot boxes, and Pay 2 Win BS 2. More Single player games: Star Wars, Dragon Age, Mirrors Edge, etc
1. Remove microtransactions from paid games completely; 2. Remove Wilson-style loot boxes completely (aka, loot boxes that affect progression); 3. Resurrect Visceral Games with their single-player Star Wars game (i wish they would resurrect Bullfrog, Westwood, Origins Systems (love to see new Crusader), Pandemic, but it's probably not possible anymore); 4. Keep your greedy hands away from "monetisation" and progression; 5. Release games in playable state, we don't need more *Mass Effect Andromeda*s; 6. Stop forcing multiplayer in single-player games; 7. Release new, interesting IPs (more than one) and continue your old IPs (like remember C&C Tiberium game? It was looking really promising). But sadly, this not gonna happen until Wilson is CEO and Jorgensen is CFO.
