PC Aficionado: "Defunct is a fantastically simple game that’s easy to start with opportunities to sink dozens of hours into for the sake of time trials and speed runs. Its low price makes it an easy risk, even if the campaign is extremely short. Defunct could have had many more features, but it certainly excels in what it tries to be."
