Hardcore Gamer: Hoshizora no Memoria -Wish upon a Shooting Star- follows the story of Kogasaka You. He used to live in a small, quaint town named Hibarigasaki before being forced to move away due to his mother’s work. As is often the case in visual novels, moving away forced You to lose contact with someone incredibly important to him.
Hoshizora no Memoria promises a mystery plot mixed with romantic elements. Can Sekai Project´s latest release hold up to its promises?
Hoshizora no Memoria - Wish upon a Shooting Star has an interesting story about a teenager named Kogasaka You who moves back to his childhood home after the sudden death of his mother. Now that he’s back in town, he sets off to reunite with his childhood girlfriend whom he kissed and promised to marry as a young boy. All he knows about this girl is her first name, but he quickly forgets it after running into a female grim reaper who reaps nightmares/memories. Ironically, this grim reaper who goes by “Mare” looks a lot like the friend he’s after, though You isn’t convinced that it’s really her.
"Morality Score - 22%" - Dear gods :S I guess that Brutal Doom would get -100% then? ;) Anyways, nice review =)
Lol. That review made my day:
"Not that I’m excusing the adultery/premarital sex with the different females in the other routes, but Biblically pursuing a sexual relationship with a half-sister is wrong on two counts (Exodus 20:14 and Leviticus 18:8-10). " and: "Other moral issues to note are the use of Tarot cards by one of the girls and there are references to various deities."
Hardcore Gamer: Now we see Hoshizora No Memoria is still on track with the launch of a Kickstarter campaign. The visual novel follows our protagonist who returns to his hometown after years away. For some reason, though, his old hiding spot has been closed off and a girl with a scythe appears.
