Stephen Wilds:
It wasn’t long ago that a trailer for DLC caused me to rethink my stance on a game, and that sentence alone still causes me pause, because it rarely happens. I had beaten Injustice 2, finished the storyline, and thought that everything I could want to do was behind me, but then images of an alleyway street fight and four mutant turtles left me shell-shocked and wanting to yell COWABUNGA, had my wife not been standing beside me—she would have understood, but I didn’t want to make it any more awkward—resulting in the only reasonable thing: my going out and buying a brand new copy of the game the next day. Now I’m sitting here just waiting to drop more money so I can play my favorite green heroes, but it has me wondering why there hasn’t been a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fighting game.
PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra and Premium members can add these three titles to their game library from Tuesday, October 4 until Monday October 31. The PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium Game Catalog lineup for October will be announced later this month.
Great month, looking forward to Hot Wheels, I really love some good old arcade racing
another good line-up. Hot Wheels looks interesting. Never played it.
Still hooked in Need for Speed Heat (this month's PS Plus free game)
Looks like another good month. Really was happy with gran blue fantasy last in the current month.
Punch, kick, and shoryuken your way through these PlayStation Plus Premium fighting games, such as Fighting EX Layer and Street Fighter II.
It's time for a C-C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER!
The article states Tekken 7 might be the best fighter currently available on Xbox, but leaves out important information that it never takes advantage of the Xbox hardware. It never got any kind of patch/boost/upgrade for the more powerful Xbox consoles, meaning it still runs at 720p I believe, resulting in a very blurry look.
Truly wish more devs would respect their products and customers enough to address issues such as these.
I have TMNT: Tournament Fighters on Genesis and I like it, but yeah that game released a long time ago.
Been done & they are joining Injustice 2
I would rather have Rocksteady make a full on adventure game, and nothing from the Arkham games should be in the game. It should be completely new. Nobody wants a reskin.
The vibe should be similar to the old movies.
Netherrealm have enough on their plate with MK and injustice.
If a TMNT fighting game would ever be made, it would pale in comparison to the DLC characters.
