Not good bungie, not good at all!

yep another lackluster and small DLC to float an already limited and small game. Should we expect anything more from Bungie at this point? truly a shame.

If I recall even Monster Hunter World is going to provide free content yet Destiny continues this milk GaS & release vanilla model. All the while w/o offering a decently sized world or worlds, not much if anything for end game content, no events (the now gimped Iron Banner or Faction Rally need not to apply), continuous reskins, etc. It's truly sad. The game has the mechanics and is still an incredible game yet they fail to grap the idea that substantial content is required. Not to even mention their missteps (the butchering between end of 1 and what was released with 2) & fact even they don't know what they want out of Destiny.

I defended this game (D1) even on here because I loved it.
This shat show of a mess (D2) took my money but I purposely didn't get season pass and now I'm so glad. The only way to show them is to not play it. That's why they've hidden the stats now for players online.. No more money from me Activision. 3 pages of friends regularly on the roster. Now I see an average of 4 or 5 players.. Says it all...

It's as though Bungie team has left the building but there's been a few left behind who wanted to make just a bit more cash out of Destiny 1 by calling it Destiny 2 and then copying and pasting all the enemies that had been wiped out in D1. Then strip the collecting system only to re-add it again but as just alternate basic kit rather than great ornaments like in D1.
I don't think Bungie team wanted to create Destiny 2, there's no love for it; no holiday theme events etc etc nothing. I think the only reason there will be a 2nd expansion is it's already been done and that will be the end of any new content.

Stripping content and re-introducing them back in give fans the illusion of "More content"...

Destiny 2 should have been a DLC for Destiny 1.

Damn, thats still expensive. Let me know when its for the PS Plus free game offering.

I remember getting a PC code for the base game off Amazon for $15 not long after release. Played for 20 hours and gave up on it. Leveling felt lackluster and all the "classes" felt the same.

I know they have sub-classes now, so I guess there's more variance to be had.

Link-Cable Review: Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris

Colin Kratz from Link-Cable Writes: The Curse of Osiris is the first DLC for Destiny 2, and it came out right around the time I stopped playing. It was the perfect time for some fresh content to reinvigorate me into playing more, but it brought nothing to the table but more of the same bland, boring, nothingness. Two new characters join our cast – Osiris, and his ghost. Osiris is a warlock and was Ikora’s teacher. While he isn’t as boring as Ikora, he barely shows up and is barely more of a character than her. The story of the Curse of Osiris ignores all of the events in the main story of Destiny 2, and it ignores Calus in the raid, making it a standalone expansion. The story isn’t any different than the base game. This time, it’s the vex that are the big bad. They’re building a big bad robot boss for you to go fight, or they’ll kill and destroy everything. Yawn."

Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris Review: Not So Infinite Forest [Wccftech]

Curse of Osiris offers little as far as content is concerned. The brief campaign is forgettable and treated more like hold-over content than a proper full expansion. The only real redeeming feature about Curse of Osiris is the Raid Lair.
