The Xeno series of RPGs is a strange entity. it consists of a bunch of games made by different design teams and published by different companies with only the most tenuous of links to one another. And Xenoblade Chronicles was basically an afterthought.
Xeno fans rejoice! The six-part saga has finally been told!
Xenogears was originally supposed to be a six part series, but Squaresoft cut the budget for the first game and canceled future plans. Xenosaga, published by Bandai Namco, was its spritual successor, and it too was supposed to be a six part series but was cut to a trilogy after subpar sales for Xenosaga 2.
Future Redeemed is by far the best DLC of the Xenoblade series, achieving its lofty goals of introducing new characters, reconnecting with older ones, and closing a narrative that Monolith Soft’s main man Tetsuya Takahashi has been trying to tell since 1998.
DualShockers Writes "Xenoblade Chronicles 2 features a wide range of characters. Amid the cast of Rex, his allies, and even his enemies, you'll find many interesting personalities throughout your playthrough. However, among all these endearing heroes and villains, few come close to being as interesting or compelling as Poppi."

I gotta buckle down and finish one of these games.
I stopped by the 2nd disc with Xenogears.
I stopped like 25 hours into Xenosaga I, purchased Xenosaga II-but have yet to play it because I wanted to finish the 1st game before I started this one, and it's been like over a decade...I didn't purchase Xenosaga III because I had yet to start part II.
I got 60 hours into Xenoblade Chronicles; but then I got distracted with newer games and it also came out at the end of the Wii's life...I think I can still remember how to play it and force myself to finish.
Xenoblade Chronicles X I purchased but have yet to play it.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 I have yet to purchase...
