Star Wars Battlefront 2 Player Builds Droid To Earn Credits Without Playing

From GameWatcher: "A player of Star Wars Battlefront 2 has built a very simple robot to keep him in the game, permanently earning Credits, just by turning and occasionally pressing a button. He earned more in one session with this robot than we did actually playing for an hour. "

Progression in this game is completely screwed.

Progression in any game is completely screwed. And has not only sucked the fun out of gaming but has allowed greedy publishers and developers to rinse players even more.

Fixed.

Wait, Battlefront II had progression?
I thought it had a transaction shop.

Even if he did or did not like it, I think this programmer is very smart for building a bot to do the hard labor that EA PUT FORTH to suck the lives and moneys out of people's -- dry. And in a way, it proves a point. as other people have stated -- MAKE A GOOD GAME and people won't have to do this. Everyone STILL needs to stay on their toes and fight/push back to keep the big business and gaming industry in the correct line. In a good way, EA has made it possible for the community to push back and voice/be heard by them being overzealous with their greed. I hope that countries and states all over the world do consider Lootboxes to be gambing and microtransactions to be severely mitigated or removed entirely.

Wish they would have enabled crossplay when the game was more active

Technically, still a fantastic looking and sounding game.

Sure the new ones are visually very pleasing but they just lack something in the game play that the ps2 Era battlefronts had. I really been enjoying grinding out the Xbox achievements on the remastered

I noticed more people on my friends list playing it recently and I was wondering what was happening. Not going to lie though they kind of made me want to download it again too

This game is my go to lobby shooter lately

Great MP shooter.
I'm just sad there are not more people playing standard TDM
I'm not a fan of the bigger maps/modes

What a strange article. Great game I still play it too this day. In fact I last played it on Tuesday. Completely oblivious to this update. Only ever play galactic assault and haven’t noticed any changes particularly over the years. Struggling to understand the reason why the article felt necessary enough for someone to write up..
