Because Nintendo fanboys are too lazy to approve articles. It says a lot about the Nintendo community that it cannot even get 10 contributors to approve articles but are the first ones to complain when something they want isn't approved.
You have to be a fanboy to not do something but then complain about someone else not doing it because they secretly hate your preferred console. Today there are currently over 225 pending articles on N4G. Genmol approved 2. And those 2 articles yesterday were the only ones he approved this week. Same thing with septemberindecember - he's a contributer that posted this Google Translate piece but doesn't bother to actually approve articles on N4G. With contributors like this, is it any wonder why some articles take so long to get approved? There are just as many Sony and Xbox articles that take the same amount of time to get approved, yet it is only in Nintendo articles that this ridiculous conspiracy theory is always posted.
If you don't like how long it takes for your preferred articles to get approved, take the test, become a contributor that actually contributes to N4G, and fix it.
"There are just as many Sony and Xbox articles that take the same amount of time to get approved, yet it is only in Nintendo articles that this ridiculous conspiracy theory is always posted."
This isn't a Nintendo article though. Why do you keep implying it is?
@septemberindecember a lot of haters view sales charts as Nintendo articles. Because they shine a positive factual numbers on Nintendo's sales that contradict what they say about the system.
There was no media create article that was approved this week at the time of posting. Hence why I posted this one. Looking through a list of approved articles I still don’t see an approved media create article for this week aside from this one.
You are right in that I should approve articles more often, but Media Create is NOT Nintendo. It’s a weekly sales article. I don’t see people see people complaining about Nintendo articles not being approved, but they are complaining about the pattern of sales articles which people avoid approval when certain companies win or lose. It’d be like people avoiding approval of an NPD article just because Xbox or PlayStation won.
That being said...in this instance the reason it wasn’t approved for so long was entirely my doing. I neglected to fix three error reports until mid-day yesterday.
Are you sure that was posted before mine? I believe they added that source to mine after the fact. Otherwise mine would have been flagged as a duplicate.
Guess people like being screwed over by buying the same game a year later with minimal changes, a game that wouldn't even qualify as an official Pokemon third entry with how little it adds. Any other studio did that and they'd be crucified.
Except you have a choice to buy last year’s game instead of this year’s Pokemon if you find that the differences between both games are minimal. They didn’t force your hands to buy the new version.
That's not the point, why would you get last years today when you can get the new one. If you haven't played the original version fair enough but people buying both of them...I mean come on.
Like I said if anyone else did this and released the same game with just small additions to justify a new game a year later they'd be called worse then shit for it. Least when you had things like Crystal, Emerald, Yellow etc they actually felt like they added to the experience and had a good chunk of post game content which expanded on things, these games are almost exactly the same.
Pokemon sales are insane as always.
look at that, a Wii U game outsold both the Switch and PS4. Bonkers I tell ya
Another great week for Nintendo.
Xbox One X goes from 1344 sales last week to 143 this week. Big drop.
we know why this not approved yet
Okay Nintendo now you are just showing off. lol
