Here's a way to purchase Microsoft's brand new Xbox One X console at a hefty discount way ahead of Black Friday 2017. This can also be used to get savings on Xbox games.
Bummer you have to use MasterCard to get the most of it, but even $110+ off ain't too bad.
Actually, the Mastercard only gives you a $10 Amazon Gift Card, the rest isn't tied to Mastercard at all.
Interesting tip, thanks!
I read about this earlier. Its bloody neat. I hope everyones enjoyin their X's!
I will be saving $500.00 on the Xbox One X this Christmas.
So did I, except I actually got one, Won it last weekend here in Chicago at the Mountain Dew/Doritos Drop zone event. Only 7 other people showed up and they had 5 XBOX one Xs to win!
That's nothing. I know how to save $499!
Or I can not buy it and save 500.00. :-)
Or you can make good money and not worry about it. Stay in school. It pays. Literally.
So rich ppl don't save lol ok check all the deals and ppl that didn't get paid by El presidente trump
Given that the graphical difference is so minimal, I would strongly recommend that anyone interested in buying a XB1 just stick with the X1S instead and save over $300. FYI, all X1S bundles are on sale at Microsoft's website starting at $229 for 500GB bundles. I just picked up the Forza Horizon 3/Hot Wheels expansion bundle which is also available at Amazon and Best Buy now as well. Xmas starts early this year! ;-)
The graphical difference isn't minimum at all if you have the required tools to display them. You move up from mid-settings ranging from 720p - 1080p, up to dynamic - native 4K with high-ultra settings with more stable fps. it's definitely not next-gen level except for resolution but it is an upgrade from what was the lowest settings for most 3rd party games. If you have a 4K TV the resolution boost in some games is a big help to the graphics), if your TV has HDR the color range will be much better too. That being said price is the real issue. Most of the XBOs bundles $189 this holiday and you can do the same deal and get $200 or $250 worth of gift cards for $160 - $200, and buy a XBOs or bundle bundle.
I think it's safe to say we agree to disagree. I've seen the comparison videos, and to many of us, the difference is very minimal. But if you want to spend more than twice as much for a very slight graphical upgrade, be my guest. I'm happy to have saved over $300 which I'll be able to apply to the XB2 when it gets released, quite possibly in only a couple of years from now.
Comparison videos vs. live demonstrations are completely different. If you're not watching on a 4K HDR TV then you can't compare the two, because you're not seeing the XBO-X at its best. Don't get me wrong, I personally don't feel it's worth the cost upgrading, and I'm not a big fan of the mid-gen consoles in general. Since it's playing the same games across the console the difference isn't going to be mind-blowing at all, which I agree with you, but there is a noticeable difference just not $500 - $2000 worth of difference. If you're still rocking a 1080p TV, you can still have a better experience with the XBO-X again due to supersampling and the better fps. But I'd say you're better off with a XBO-S saving you $300 that can be put towards games, or towards the Xbox 4 and giving HDTV's time to fall in price with better 4K HDR offers and possibly an OLED display in the process. We're in agree on the value part, I just feel the graphics upgrade isn't minimal if you have the tools to take advantage of the upgrades (aka 4K HDR HDTV (OLED even better)) If not then stick with the XBO-s, which is what the majority of consumers will do. XBO-X pretty much turns every game into a "Remastered Version", which aren't leaps and bounds better, but nevertheless they look better.
I would call microsoft first some companies get strict on high amout gift cards especially during holidays i would hate a fellow gamer have mind set of xbox x and there's a 100 or 200 gift card per transaction limit thx for tip too bad I bought and opened launch version from Bestbuy already :/
Or just buy it online?

Why would you need to call anyone? You can just use the gift cards online...
