Forza Motorsport 7 is the best looking racing game ever created, bar none. That might sound like a bold statement, but as soon as you get into your first race, you’ll start to understand why that’s not an overstatement. As you play through your career, you’ll experience more tracks, more weather conditions and more of the 700+ cars in the game, all of which look gorgeous. The game is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, which means you buy it once and you can play it on Xbox or PC. Through the review, I spent time on both platforms and my progression synced flawlessly.

That's what matters. The game is not about loot boxes... that's this year pet peeve. I am focused on if the game is good or if it sucks. It is actually great per the critics.

Gt mode is gone,literally that mode made gt what it is today;starting out with second hand car ,earning driver license and working your way up to the touring cars.i know you don't know what the hell im talking about now because you are not a gt fan but just Sony nut,but yes single player has always been a big deal for gt and it's gone

Very true. Forza Horizon 3 looks better, even Driveclub still looks better. Yes, yes, lower framerate, but that doesn't change the reality of it.

there’s literally no difference with the loot boxes in this compared to every other game with them. they are all unlockable through in game currency, give you one time use xp boost and other cosmetic customizations etc just like overwatch or Titanfall 2 or halo 5 or uncharted 4....

Raising the bar? It got the same critical rating as the last FMS game, tied with forza 6 for the second lowest rated game in the series. Seems to me like it's more of the same.

User reviews rate it as mediocre. You should work for MS marketing because you sound like a commercial, just like this website's review. Lord knows they need the help pitching those uninspired and illusory loot boxes in a game lacking any innovation from the last iteration.

Oh yeah and they need help pitching all the other games they partnered up with for the Xbonex demo which *spoiler alert* have loot boxes too, surprise surprise.

From extensive racing, including spending hours on the same track, in the same race, watching time slowly tick by I know this to be a fact. For example, I was on Spa for one race and despite claims of dynamic weather, the clouds in the sky didn’t even move position from the tenth to the seventieth minute. Everything is predetermined and based on how far you’ve traveled in a race. A far cry from being dynamic."

Nice try, but the dynamic weather I'm referring to is transitions weather (such as sunny to rain) ..regardless if the course is predetermined, which FM7 clearly have.

Compared that to other racing games that don't have it, then it is a win in my book. Such as this other racing game below.

Yes, it's indeed this year's definitive racing experience. Can't wait for the Xbox One X. Getting a brand new 75" 4KTV to live the dream.
