Namco Bandai TGS conference: Secret and exclusive revealing titles

Namco Bandai has invited Gamekyo.com to its Pre-Tokyo Game Show press conference tomorrow in its building office in Tokyo. What's exciting about this event is that 'secret and exclusive revealing titles' are scheduled, according to the invitation. The press conference starts at 11:00 AM in Tokyo, Gamekyo.com will try to make a Live coverage if they can.

im expecting news from Cellius. We havent Heard from Cellius for a while, even from Project Aces. Project Aces is supposively Taking Charge at Cellius according to those Magazine scans from those 3 Cellius games 2 years ago. Chances are we wont see an Ace Combat game on the PS3 for a long time, and its best for that to happen, the series has gotten a bit stale since Zero.

Yeh and final fantasy is where it is today because of nintendo and look how that turned out.

I do hope tekken stays only on sony however as i hate all this multiplat-crap. Its getting rediculas, why even build 2 Hd consoels when everything goes on everything anyway. (mostly)

I own a PS3. Wouldnt be supprised if us PS3 owners loose Tekken 6 to multiplat or gasp of all gasps MS get Tekken 6 exclusive to them. After the trick Square Enix pulled im kinda weary about what Namco Bandai will reveal. We all know Bandai Namco dont loose any sleep over releasing DLC thats a blatent ripoff so i cant see em having any probs betraying Sony. We all know how famous MS are for getting thier wallets out to make PS3 exclusives go multiplat. Just some new news on Tekken 6 and ill be happy.

I wouldn't be surprised by Namco. I don't see what's the sense of owning the PS3 and the 360 now when almost every game is going multiplatform these days. Third party games used to define a system and why the person would buy that system. Now, third party exclusives are a dying breed.

Sony made the right choice by going 1st party.

More like we want to show you journalists but do not release any information to gamers who might be very interested in it. If they do they either get a lawsuit or NB will never have anything to do with them again the next time they have announcements to make. All it usally means is the games are not finshed enough to show. Most gamers cannot understand that some games are still being worked on and complain. This puts an end to at least some of that.

they had an exclusive last year all though it sucked goat ass, and they have 2 that will be dropping this year. One being nobi nobi boy and Naruto:UNS, still the PS3 is in need of RPGs, i wish sony would commision a few devs like Nippon ichi and Atlus to do some more RPGs and have then Sony would publish them on the PS3 to help speed up development. Level 5 and from software arent enough. i wish they would fund a few othejr RPGs from namco and sega as well.

I'd like to have some RPGs on my Japanese Hardware... it's almost like they wanted to cater to west with all these FPS and action games, wheres the japanese RPG Homage. bring them up, and while you are at it step up and accuire a Japanese RPG studio, NIS, atlus, level 5... they are prime examples of Jap studios to have under the first party umbrella

I really love playing Soul Calibur4,great game.but,its the first time Im playing it on a non sony console,and as much as I love my 360,the dpad sucks.so even if Tekken goes multi,just have to buy a ps3 for it.its alot faster paced than soul calibur,and Kazuya Mishima cant stand losing because the dpad sucks :D

I'd kill myself if tekken 6 went muliplatform i am crazy about tekken and want namco to put 100% effort into the ps3 rather then having to work less on it because they have to also concentrate on other consoles.

Its always been exclusive to playstation anyway so i doubt that.
Oh and the only time it went out of playstations reach was with handhelds which is understandable Lool

SOmetimes I feel like the only Sony fan that lives in reality.. I just do not get why so many people think they are going to havea heavy focus on PS3 when it is dead last.. They'll have something sure but their main focus will probably be the Wii and 360. They are a company that is out to make money not fans of certain consoles happy. would likely kill the franchise. It would sell a lot but would lose its quality and probably achiev same as SC4, an 8.5

namco would be too comfy and confident on sales, that quality would NOT be necessary.

DVD9 would probably mean no extra modes eg bowling, tek force mode and NO HD CG endings. Once again, i'd like to thank you MS. xbox owners probably never wanted let alone expect FF13 on 360 - they prob intended to EVENTUALLY buy PS3.
