Some Chinese PUGB players are facing the lag issues due to the in-game third party advertisement. Resulting in thousands of negative reviews on the game's steam page.
From GI.biz: "Krafton, the Korea-based publisher behind PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, released its Q3 financial results alongside news on how it's expanding its collection of studios.
The company reported that it saw revenues of $328.5 million and net profits of $171.5 million, the latter marking a year-on-year improvement of 27%.
Krafton also announced it plans to acquire Neon Giant, the developer behind The Ascent, and open a new studio in Canada."
The latest PUBG update transforms the weapon meta in Krafton’s battle royale game, bringing changes to vehicles and Deston to make winning even harder
PUBG, the battle royale game from publisher Krafton, will be banned in Afghanistan in 90 days as the Taliban says it is a waste of time and too violent
Kung Pow is what I call these reviews. I have to say the best platform for making your voice heard is the PC. I love my PS4 and xbone but PC reviews on steam get things done is like 15 minute. No joke. See how fast the response is.
GG PUBG.
Play Fortnite. Fewer issues, more fun. Oh, and it's free.
This game is getting worse and worse, week after week. Seems like devs wanna shut down the game. That is what you get for paying and praising a game in early access. Gameing in 2017
Really? This just strikes me as greed on Pubg's part, the game already has millions of users, so 30 x million is at LEAST 30 mil minimum, yet somehow it's STILL not enough to the point where they need in game ads? I see small indie games with lesser player bases managing to make multiplayer games and have them last without ads but you're telling me they can't?
This is why people will just play Fortnite battle royale, not only is it FREE, there's no ads. At this point Fortnite should just put "Not only free to play, also 100% ad free!" as a tag. They let the money go to their head, this is why we can't have nice things, because there's always someone trying to take an mile when given an inch.
I don't even own Pubg, I was thinking about buying it, but at this point, i'll be more likely to play Fortnite only cause it's free.
