G4: "It's easy to forget how awesome Tetris is--after all, you can play it on just about anything, and it's been around awhile, so we're happy to have a reminder of why Tetris rules so much in the form of upcoming WiiWare game Tetris Party.
We're sure you're asking yourself, "Okay, I like Tetris, but how, exactly, is it a party?" Well, Tetris Party takes perhaps the least party-oriented game ever and makes it into a social game with a variety of new online and local multiplayer options, plus, it allows for control through the balance board. Through the new play modes, fresh life is breathed into this classic, Soviet-era puzzle game."
There’s a reason no-one talks about this game you know. Swift judgement needs to be laid down upon it…
What better way to celebrate the Game Boy's birthday?
GS: This week on his series on gaming companies, DDJ looks at Hudson Soft, one of Nintendo's earliest partners and among the only companies outside Nintendo to develop a Pokemon or Mario game.
Gotta love Hudson. My friends and I STILL play 10-player (yes, 10 player) Bomberman on my SEGA Saturn. Those games are so fun.
Why wasn't bloody roar on that list. It was a fun fighter. I hope they add br3 and br4 a s a ps2 classic.
BLOODY ROAR , I Freaking love this game from Hudson and i wish if there's a Fifth one for the franchise .. just imagine how the multiplayer looks like when you play it with Unlimited Combos *o* !
