The ESRB Doesn’t Matter Anymore

Jacob S. from Link-Cable writes: "For many years, the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) served as a way for everyone to know which games were and weren’t appropriate for younger players but today it now stands as a mediocre attempt to stop underage children from playing these titles. The fact that the rating system and what it stood for is being completely ignored completely is baffling. The standard is long gone and the ESRB rating doesn’t matter anymore and finding a solution to this problem should be resolved without delay. So let’s all admit it. The ESRB doesn’t matter anymore."
