Studio Wildcard Not Afraid Of Competitions; Claims They Did The Right Way to Do Early Access

Ark: Survival Evolved is just a day away and while it launched on Steam's Early Access 2 years ago, the first-person survival with dinos is finally launching tomorrow.

Studio Wildcard at the moment is not afraid of any competitions as there are no first-person survival RPGs with dinosaurs yet. They also cited at ease that they've done the right way of doing "Early Access".

Ark has potential, there's no denying that. The problem however is that the game has more bugs than a bushtucker trial, and while the game is / was safe from major criticism during preview phases... it loses that armor when it steps out as a fully fledged game. Unless the launch build is a magical package that rids the experience of all issues, I cant see a high score on the horizon sadly.

SW should have spent more time making the game stable and fixing bugs rather than adding content.

Playdead co-founder slammed with lawsuit as bitter row with co-founder escalates

Playdead co-founder Dino Patti is allegedly being sued by his former studio and business partner.
Patti was threatened with a lawsuit earlier this year after he posted a now-deleted LinkedIn post that shared an "unauthorized" picture of co-founder Arnt Jensen and discussed some of Limbo's development. Patti said Jensen demanded a little over $73,000 in "suitable compensation and reimbursement," adding that he had "repeatedly" had such letters over the last nine years.
