Touhou Gensou Rondo: Bullet Ballet is a 3D fighting arena game developed by CUBETYPE and published by NIS America.
This 3D Arena fighter marks the first of the Touhou series to make it to console and to release to NA and Europe.
One of the main gripe I have with the Touhou games is that the PS4 is yet to have a good one that uses the traditional bullet hell gameplay, and it should not be a fanmade spin-off that uses a deifferent gameplay style. Kobuto 5 looks awful, Genso Rondo and Double Focus are mediocre, Scarlet Curiosity is "meh", and Genso Wanderer is pretty decent but it is not a bullet hell.
Touhou is very popular on PC because it has all the main-touhou games, while on the PS4, with most of its spinoffs ranging from "meh" to awful, its popularity is yet to catch on. I mean, there's even a freaking Tower defense Touhou game for god's sake. Just when are they going to give us a (localized) good bullet-hell Touhou game.
