What kind of game is this? The title suggests a fighter, but it doesn't look like it.

Is basically like Lost Song but with 15-16 male playable characters instead of 4, slightly better and simple-to-pull-off action combat and a slightly better (if not, just decent) story. Though, the game lacks content when compared to Hollow Realization's, and it focuses more on Dlc characters like your typical fighter. That, and only a few issues from Lost Song were fixed here but not all. There's fun to be had with the game but don't expect to spend dozen of hours like in Realization.

Accel World VS. Sword Art Online Deluxe Edition - PC Review | Chalgyr's Game Room

Chalgyr's Game Room writes:

Two anime/manga/light novel franchises come together in Accel World vs Sword Art Online in the form of an action RPG that has an interesting premise and gameplay, but is severely lackluster as a port. While AWvSAO may have a solid basis in gameplay and environment, at least on the PC it’s bogged down by a lot of lag and the often-times infuriatingly stupid enemy AI.
