GamesIndustry.biz writes: "Relic is best known for the Company of Heroes and Dawn of War games, and recently developed the new Age of Empires for Microsoft. Relic will transition to an independent studio and will no-longer be part of the Sega group of studios.
The majority of the 240 job cuts are across Creative Assembly and Sega Europe, while there will be a ‘small number’ cut from Sega HARDLight. There was no mention of other Sega UK studios, including Two Point Studios and Sports Interactive."
PES = Make sure the transfer fees are reasonable and that top or decent teams get to bid for players, not have the transfers section filled with mostly unknown teams from say Argentina or the bottom of the table in the J League. Well... that's about it for 'improvements' because Master League is awesome.
EA = Well I could mention a wide range of improvements but I know EA wouldn't bother as they pump the resources into Ultimate Team, the Journey Mode was decent (became a bit of a chore though from November onwards) but there would need to be a huge expansion of the mode and take it around the European leagues and Worldwide, maybe even leading to the World Cup.
