As Gazette gaming columnist Jake Magee grew older, his childhood draw to platforming games waned—until he played through Ori and the Blind Forest over the weekend.
Microsoft best game imo.
They should double down with production of the sequel. Make it great. Well...greatER
They announced the sequel recently. lol
Best platformer in years
Such an emotionally charged masterpiece. One of the few games that I find to be nearly flawless.
A classic. A masterpiece.
In my eyes its a masterpiece Best Xbox exclusive imo And no one mentioned metroidvania? Selling it short :(
This game is worth it for the OST alone I was brought to near tears when I heard it at E3
This game and Child of Light reignited my love for gaming. No other games have brought me as much joy and fun.
I loved this game and even upgraded it for £3.99 in the Xbox store. Not only does the the game look beautiful whilst being brutally hard, the composer Gareth Cooker who was on the piano playing a variation for Will of the Wisps (some groaned at this) though it was inspired in my opinion as he I knew he beat out all the competition to get the gaming awards top trophy for his stunningly emotional musical score. The beauty of this game is given so much more impact with his score. Even a big guy like me got a lump in his throat at key points in the narrative. If you haven't played it, DO IT NOW
