Chang Han Kim: So, we definitely do have plans and thoughts about other platforms...
From GI.biz: "Krafton, the Korea-based publisher behind PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, released its Q3 financial results alongside news on how it's expanding its collection of studios.
The company reported that it saw revenues of $328.5 million and net profits of $171.5 million, the latter marking a year-on-year improvement of 27%.
Krafton also announced it plans to acquire Neon Giant, the developer behind The Ascent, and open a new studio in Canada."
The latest PUBG update transforms the weapon meta in Krafton’s battle royale game, bringing changes to vehicles and Deston to make winning even harder
PUBG, the battle royale game from publisher Krafton, will be banned in Afghanistan in 90 days as the Taliban says it is a waste of time and too violent
Take your time Player Unknown I have more than enough online shooters to keep me occupied for at least another year...namely BF1 and Battlefront 2 and hell I might even try Destiny 2 this time around. Then theres Anthem...oh lord...
"So, we definitely do have plans and thoughts about other platforms"
If this was an exclusive for the Xbox One (not exclusive anyhow it's on PC) he would not of said this. I knew it was just dodgy wording on Microsoft's behalf. They did the same thing with Rise of the Tomb raider.

As you can see via the picture above. With Rise of the tomb raider although they didn't lie. The way they worded it was clever but a little bit shady for my liking. Coming Holiday 2015 Exclusively for Xbox. This got people up in arms thinking it was a full on exclusive. When it was simply a timed exclusive.
Same thing with Battlegrounds. On Microsoft twitter account it says it's coming exclusively;y to Xbox in 2017. However, This is wrong for starters considering it's all ready on PC so it's not exclusive at all. But they put 2017 in the title. This means that this game can release on PS4 and Switch in 2018.
As anyone with a grasp of the English language should have understood from 'launch exclusive' at its unveiling and subsequent mentions.
I don't know if people find it genuinely confusing (stupid to put it politically) or pretend to be just to act on their inner fanboy and make drama. Just call it 'timed exclusive' and get it when you can, if you want it of course
Are there people here actually upset about this? MS is getting first crack at the console version of a game that is still in Early Access? Is this really a threat to anybody? I can understand folks who have the X1 and not a ton of first party exclusives hoping for more exclusivity, but if you are a PS4 gamer, why would you care? The lineup of games dropping for the Ps4 is tight and this one title reaching the X1 first is unlikely to make that change. When your "side" is behind, I can understand a certain amount of angst, but the vitriol from some of the PS4 folks is just crazy. Some people just have to spike the football I guess.
