I will get the one that runs games better. If games like Halo, Gears and ryse can run better then that's the one for me. The reason I bought the PS4 Pro is because it can run some games better than the standard PS4 .
However , it mostly comes down to if you can afford it and if you think it's enough of an upgrade over the One S.
I already have the S (two actually - MInecraft bundle and Blue Gamestop GOW bundle) and I will be getting the X DAY ONE to add to my collection. If you invested in a 4k tv you would have to be silly to not get the X as it plays every game better and will have the capabilities to maximize the visuals on your shiny new 4k tv.
