Codenamed Call of Duty Zombies Project: Zed, this free-to-play game would have given the side mode constant updates and microtransactions as you see in Call of Duty Warzone and Multiplayer. It was a standalone title, but would also mean you wouldn’t have had some of your favorite Zombies maps.
A shame, I really don't like CoD multiplayer and Warzone was fun, but got me a bit bored after a while, but I really like the Zombie modes in CoD overall, I really dig them
