Ubisoft revealed that they will add official Offline Modes to both The Crew 2 and The Crew Motorfest.
Welp, just grabbed Crew 2 because, hell, it was a buck. Let's see if they hold to their word, being they killed the original and are likely to do it here as well.

We've played The Crew Motorfest, which joins Forza Horizon in the modern open-world racing genre - and that's not the only similarity.

Edit: I really wished they kept it to cars and enhanced that, I think them adding boats and planes take away from the "racing" aspect, they didn't have a grip on the car racing so idk why they would add other disciplines, this should've been dlc for the crew 2 if anything.
