A prequel where you play as Chloe, not really what I wanted, but I guess it makes sense since during the original they talk about a lot backstory of shit that went down while Max was away.

So yes, that means there are now TWO Life is Strange projects in development, with DONTNOD Entertainment having also recently announced that they are also working on a new game. You’ll be the first to hear when we have more news on their game but for now, let’s focus on the newly announced Life is Strange: Before the Storm.

That's from life is strange blog. Basically they are saying two studios are working on two separate games. To my knowledge no footage has been shown for the other.

I'm looking forward to it personally. Wonder if they're going to do all the time stuff with it though. Wouldn't make sense from a story perspective, unless the events of the last game somehow affected the past.

I think I'm just looking forward to what DontNod delivers. Really liked Remember me, Life is Strange was one of my favorite games in the genre, and now this. Somehow, they snuck into the realm of one of my favorite developers.

Never liked LiS because of its awful writing and dialogue but hey the fans wanted it and they got it props to the devs for delivering.
