I wanted to get this but it's Ubisoft so it was a definite no for me, ever since they killed The Division.

Same liked the combat in the beta, but after all it was a Ubisoft game so gotta sit it out for 6 months to see where it ends up. Shame last games to just work for me out of the box perfectly were FarCry 3 and Child of Light although Division was not to shabby but apparently had issues I never came across. FarCry 5 looks really fun but...

I know right? It's almost as if they released a super technical fighting game that was never going to maintain a super large audience to begin with, and then broke the casual modes with hilariously OP crap that takes 200+ hours to earn and 30 seconds to buy and even destroyed the 1v1 mode for serious players with a combination of a lack of servers and poor net code.

Maybe when Ubisoft stops with the shitty INTERNET REQUIRED crap to play their mediocre games things will be different. That is why games with a REAL story and an OFFLINE SP campaign are and always will be relevant and keep games alive as opposed to online only games which loose their appeal especially when something else comes out thats better or more fun and then they spiral to an abrupt demise.

I will NEVER again buy ANY Ubisoft MP title until it is vetted. Months after review embargoes expire, players give the game a go, and determine if there is actually a good solid game on offer.

Until then Ubisoft can pound sand.

I was honestly surprised at how well it sold initially. The game looked boring to me, I guess maybe it was fun for like a couple weeks?

It was a pretty fun game when it first came out. The problem is Ubi didn't/doesn't support it like they did with Rainbow 6. Good concept...poor execution.

They kinda killed it before it even had a chance really. This game had so much potential so very much.

Ubi has been more miss miss hit more than hit hit miss with their games as services online model.

I think RBS Siege is the only one they have where the player base actually grew..

The connectivity problems made me leave too many times have i had a great match for it to drop out even seconds before the end, in which you get nothing, the loot system was also not very exciting.

Bought....played for like 2-3 hours....the last of which I had to basically force myself to play. Was honest with myself and realized I hadn't enjoyed one minute in that 2-3 hours and returned the game the next day.

Was really disappointed but o well...I have other games to play.
