Forbes - The first time I saw the game in action, The Adventures of Tintin immediately sprang to mind, which isn’t exactly surprising, given that the official press document describes World to the West as “pulpy” and “inspired by European adventure comics”. But from a purely video game perspective, it’s difficult not to compare the bright, cartoon aesthetic to that of classic PS1 titles like Brave Fencer Musashi, Legend of Legaia and Alundra 2. Needless to say, I’m all about this kind of visual styling. Clean, simple and uncomplicated.
Switch Era writes: "The Nintendo Switch has become something of a haven for Zelda-like experiences. Obviously we have the masterful The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, but Nintendo’s hybrid system is also home to many great titles that look like Zelda, talk like Zelda, but aren’t quite Zelda."
Neil writes: "After the giving of gifts over Christmas and the madness of New Year, it's time to get back to some sort of normality. What better way than to start purchasing some discounted games once more via the Xbox Deals With Gold and Spotlight sale. And it is that with which we are here today as the Deals With Gold sale is back to deliver a multitude of gorgeous discounts on a number of Xbox One and Xbox 360 titles. Want to check out the full list of cut-price games available between the 8th-14th January 2019?"
Rain Games' World to the West just released on Nintendo Switch, so SuperPhillip Central has a review for the newest port!
Very epic
Kinda wish it was coming to Switch. Will just have to play on PC instead.
I would like a PSVITA Port but too bad is just a far off dream.
Teslagrad was phenomenal and had a great art style, same devs.
There is certainly a lot of charm to this game.
