It's very likely that this game is a real thing. Just because Nintendo didn't show it on the January event doesn't mean it's fake.

I mean, Ubisoft has already teased it themselves:

I think in all likelihood Nintendo / Ubisoft are saving this news for E3. I'm really curious how it will turn out (assuming it's real, of course).
