50 hours in and I'm not even close to being over this game. The story combined with seeking out relationships with confidants are what keep me coming back. Oh, well that and fusing Personas. Great job Atlus!

I'm exactly 49 hours and 29 minutes in. Level 23 date 6/5. What is your progress?

BlakHavoc2555d ago

50 hours in level 32, date 9/2 I believe.

TheGamez1002555d ago

took me 130hrs to beat the game :)

Protagonist2555d ago (Edited 2555d ago )

Sooo good to think, I still got so many hours to enjoy the game.

"Stylish is a word that feels as if it were invented for use in describing Persona 5."

Indeed! I stopped so many times just to look around at the dungeons/Palace, thinking "so beautiful and stylish".

Also love the Baton Pass!

Keep the 10's coming ;)

BlakHavoc2555d ago

Passing the Baton, and also having a squad mate finish off an opponent you failed to is pretty rad.

This game took me over 100 hours to beat and get the true ending and I did not have to go out of my way to grind or anything. I normally get pretty antsy when an rpg takes longer than 50 hours for the main story, but this game was so fun and engaging that it didnt bother me. I kept coming back.

Sea of stars while seeming pretty good so far doesn't belong in the top rpg discussion. There's way better ones. I'd tell them to play star ocean 2. One of the best non turn based rpgs ever. It has everything.

And if the list is limited to just turn-based RPGs, I can think of better ones to add to this list. You have the Dragon Quest series, the Trails series…Persona 5 Royale is on the list but why limit it to just that one? P3 and P4 were great as well.

The Legend of Dragoon, Legend of Legaia, or the Shadow Hearts games has decent enjoyable turn based combat system.

Would be plus+1 more if they'd settle the fk down and stop re releasing it. I'm waiting on the definitive one over here

It's ok, I bought 4 to your zero, they don't need your pity purchase. Every version was definitive and has their own perks.
