Not only does it mark the first major release since launch, it marks Nintendo's first marquee local multiplayer game, which is especially noteworthy because local multiplayer was such a big part of this console's early marketing. Like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild before it, it's receiving rave reviews. And yet we remember that it's a port at heart, albeit one with some important new additions. Which puts us in an interesting position.

it was nice looking on WiiU. Im expecting a leap on the Switch. The fact that its full price is total bullsh!t.
