SquareXO: One thing I’ve learned from Cities Skylines on Xbox One is that I’ll never make a good mayor. Despite all the fancy patterns of my city road layouts and my excellent placement of Industrial, Home and Office Space, I just couldn’t seem to keep everyone happy.
Today Colossal Order and Paradox announced their plans to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the launch of the Cities: Skylines franchise.
BLG writes, "Cities: Skylines II is a very worthy sequel to the popular 2015 city-building that improves upon the original. It could stand to use some quality-of-life updates, performance optimization, and mod support, but don't let that deter you from diving in."
If you enjoyed the last entry and its myriad DLC packs, here's a closer look at the difference between Cities Skylines 1 and 2.
The abundance of dlc is what keeps me from buying these games early , I'll pass. I will wait until a complete edition is available. Love these types of games though.
Great game.
Sorting out the traffic can be a nightmare if you haven't planned your roads out well before hand.
And it's almost impossible to keep everyone happy, if a building is complaining about a problem that won't soon resolve itself over time on its own (garbage collection for example) you might as well bulldoze it as the building will become derelict soon anyway.
