Ubisoft’s Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands has reclaimed the No.1 in the latest UK video game sales chart standings, making it 3 weeks at the top spot for the shooter and a total of five weeks so far this year for publisher following the release of For Honor.
Ghost will be selling long after most of those highly rated games are forgotten. The game is one of the most fun co-op experiences on the market. It will continue to sell well into next year.
Media hype may push 1st week sales, but good games sell by gamers convincing other gamers. Much more valuable and reliable than some reviewers who's motives are questionable.
It seems Japanese culture in general is not as popular in the UK as it is in the States.
It's hard to find a copy here in my country which might explain why.
I have both and P5 is on another level compared to GRW. One goes for excellence,the other is a Ubisoft game.
Standard edition of Persona 5 doesn't even come out until the 8th May in the UK. I finally decided to buy a copy last week only to find it's out of stock everywhere and people wanting £100+ on it for ebay.
