The 4 Best RPGs of Q1 2017

The first quarter of 2017 has seen the release some amazing games, but none more so than these special four RPGs that are in a class of their own.

have yet to pick up Persona 5, but i plan to once i finish Nier: Automata which has been amazing so far.

When I beat Tales of Berseria, I'm picking Persona 5 up

The only game interests me this month (and till e3) is p5 so im picking it up currently playing p3 and loving it. Starting p5 right after p3....whats that?p4g is on sale on psn (eu)?? Dont mind me while I pick it up and increase my backlog even more (I wanna cry )
Then again, no game on the horizon interests me so hopefully I can finsh all 3 persona games before e3 or some game that I look forward to comes out

Enjoy, persona 3 is a great game if you have the chance try p3 fes in case you are playing the normal one.
With all this new "hype" for persona and atlus i wish they could remake/remaster persona 2 eternal and sin, for me those two games are the best in the series, need to play yet 5 and see how good it is.

Amazing action/adventure game, okay open world game, meh (far from innovating the RPG genre) RPG game.
I would not call the usual Bat vision follow this trail side mission and barely any (if anything bare bones) stats/equipment/leveling next level in the RPG genre. The game has an entertaining unique story and fun mechanically driven gameplay, but as a RPG it is lackluster.

it's everything the witcher 4 will want to emulate
if the witcher 4 is as clunky as the last installment it will be left behind like Mass Effect was.

I love Horizon as much as the next person but its not an RPG. That's like saying Red Dead Redemption is an RPG. I would replace Horizon since its not an RPG with Yakuza 0. In case you didn't know Horizon is not an RPG!
