De Blob is clearly a game that struggles with its identity. It's not really a good platformer; shaking the Wii remote to jump makes negotiating the environment too imprecise. It's not really a good action game; the combat mechanics are far too simple. It's not really a good puzzle game; the most difficult thing you'll solve is how to mix the colors together to make brown.

I’m the kind of gamer that stops in uncharted and god of war just to admire graphics. I never thought I’d be doing that in a race game as well. Forza on the x is simply amazing looking. Heck I stop mid race to look at my car and the lighting and environment like trees in fall or stone bed rivers in spring and just say I gotta stop and look I’ll restart the race!
Yes I'm constantly stopping and changing camera positions to look out the side of car etc
