You're either lying or just don't know what pre rendered means. Pre rendered means that if you change the character's appearance (clothes, accessories etc) they wouldn't show up in the cutscenes because they were already made and aren't being rendered in real time. This is something that doesn't happen in Rockstar games.

In fact some of the scenes in RDR2 looked better in the retail version than at launched.

That’s an awful clickbait title. The use of the word ‘as’ means the first statement is the result of the second, when in reality they’re not connected.
Also the same for red dead redemption 2 and GTA trilogy (albeit they split that into individual games)

Noticed my copy of gta5 on Steam was already upgraded without me doing anything. How can you still play the legacy version?

My problem with the game is they want to install a Kernel level driver before I can even boot the game in sngle player mode I don't care about GTA online
I flat out refuse to allow any game kernal level it's a huge risk I don't need to take
It's not the only game that has done this. Ut it's absolutely shutting the dorr completely on PC gaming for me kernal level drivers are ineffective at preventing cheaters but publishers insist on continued use
My big issue is how long it takes to transition between open world and interiors in Online.
Sometimes it can take over a minute of just starring at a black screen.

That's like comparing a Ferrari to a Ford Fiesta, GTA 5 is one of the best games I've ever played with so so much going on, Ghost Recon is nothing more than a fun shooter.
Its not being compared to Ghost Recon. Since its debut at E3 2015, we've been saying this new Ghost Recon simply looks like a GTA V Online wannabe. And its been that the whole way to launch. Big difference.
