No I can't. You give credit to the publisher and developer. I can say thanks for Nintendo for releasing Bravely Second on 3DS because they did same for Dragon Quest VII and VIII. Sony has no place getting credit for Persona 5 sales or scores.
If Sony is listed as one of those for the game publisher or developer then you can but there not.
You can say that for Nioh but you can't say that for Persona 5 or Nier: Automata.

The reason why you're not seeing lots of turn-based games has everything to do with out the market has shifted a long time to go towards the action concept

It is just unrealistic to really expect consumers to be okay with waiting turns in RPGs nowadays.

This is an absolutely amazing game and I love the series but please do not make it sound as if this game is going to change the market because no specific game is somehow going to change the markets concept of turn-based

technically speaking the market demands the turn-based game

the turn-based game does not command the market.

In order for something like this to Captivate the market it must first be in demand which actually means the very few turn-based games that have released should have been getting on a unrealistic sales to show that the market definitely wanted this game concept and have no place to go this is what we refer to as the open market.

Here's a good example of a open-market LittleBigPlanet and Minecraft both of these games released showing that consumers definitely wanted a share play create concept Paving way for games like the Mario creator game

Mario creator did not sell well simply because of the existence of Minecraft and LittleBigPlanet , Mario creator EXISTED because Minecraft and LittleBigPlanet showed that the Market existed for those types of games.

The demand comes before the game, not the other way around.

Never thought I'd say this but "Sony chill the *uck out!" Your killing me with all these games and not enough time to play WTF!!!! I've skipped on so many games bcus my bag log is lit! Right now I'm alternating time between Horizon, Nioh, Zelda and next week MLB The Show comes out smh I want to also get Nier and Persona is a must.

Lol same on Street Fighter 5 I purchased that game day one and I criticize that because of its lack of many features and it's a numerous connection issues I felt anyone giving that game a better score above 90 was literally lying because I just had so much issues.

I purchased The Witcher 3 day one and I would say I went from defending it when we were talking about the downgrade issue to being a vocal advocate in terms of speaking about its numerous bugs lol

I would say I'm also in the same ballpark with no man's sky where as much as I liked what they were trying to do I had to openly speak against them lying in the games numerous issues at the end of the day anyone on PlayStation Network could look up my information to see that I've played these games

I mean some of the users on here who have me on PlayStation Network even see me playing the same games that I've given an opinion about I think Gamers need to simply just be honest about how this game is they need to understand that I'm watching the game right now with one of the current record holders of several of the Zelda games and they don't even believe it's in their top 3 favorite Zelda game, they agree that it's nowhere near a ten or even debating how it gets a 9.

Because of all the borrowed features and technical issues I would put this out a 9 when starting the review.

I understand people like the game but a perfect score is completely unwarranted from what I've seen from this game.

Don't get me started on The Witcher 3 because of my experience with numerous bugs and a glitch that was so damn bad it corrupted my game save I'm always going to speak about that games issues in the biased people had for a series many of them didn't even play with the exception of the third game.

I remember hearing people talking about the Alchemy and how much they like meditating and I was like for god sakes you know how great that was in the first game? Now you could meditate anywhere you damn well feel like it in front of enemies in there giving you potions and bombs absolutely for free at no cost lol

Suffice to say I was livid, like literally like a night and day from before release to afterwards where I was very disappointed in lots of the features in The Witcher 3 and I seriously do not believe it deserves a perfect score for its technical issues alone it cannot be a perfect score.

I spoke to vocally about the community and even the medias biased towards the Witcher 3 despite having a complete opposite reaction of Assassin's Creed Unity despite several huge issues with unity were actually inside of The Witcher 3.

But alas that's for another day

This isn't a PlayStation 4 exclusive it's releasing on PlayStation 3 and we would actually have to wait until the games relief to even find out if the perfect score is warranted.

The problem people have with Zelda actual perfect score is their users who own the game that are confirming performance issues and even they are stating that they don't even believe it could possibly be a game that warrants a perfect score.

you have to understand the people recording those performance issues I don't really think are thrilled to be having them.

For all we know Persona 5 deserves the Perfect Score because it does a lot of unique things for the genre I'm sorry but I find it difficult to believe that sell duck is doing anything different based on what I've read about the game and what I've seen for myself it's a literally copying other games.

I could honestly say with Persona 5 there is no other game you could purchase this generation that actually has the same setting and gameplay as Persona 5 , I'm not even sure there's a close second simply because of how unique it actually is where breath of the wild you might as well name every other open world RPG to get a similar experience.

good luck finding a turn-based RPG set in a modern Tokyo setting...

It probably will but I doubt it would be as huge as zelda. Persona doesnt really have a huge name here compared to zelda so theres gunna be less people triggered. Nioh and Horizen (being exclusives) came out with perfect scores and I didn't see much hate. Reason zelda got so much hate is because people (fanboys) couldnt accept a nintendo game being so damn good after how bad the wii u did and thinking the switch was a pos console in their eyes, complaining about graphics, framerate, resolution...you know, the usual fanboy bulls**t.

Man Sony exclusives are just in a league of there own. This is the reason I don't have hardly any mult titles there exclusives just have me enjoying them so much. Turned based JRPG action my favorite kind of RPG or JRPG action. I got more Sony exclusives then I can play and love every minute of it. Keep them coming Sony. Can't wait for P5.

Same. I originally saw a review for P3 while growing up as more of a FF Fan, and was just kind of shocked and weirded out by the concepts the games discussed. Eventually, several years later, I started playing P2 (well the half we got originally) on an emulator during a College Band Trip and loved it. However, for some reason I forgot about it. Fast forward about 3 more years and I'm hanging out with friends who were playing P4 and I started thinking this all seems really familiar. About a week later I bought P2, P3FES, P4 and even the PSP remakes of P1 and the other half of P2, and haven't looked back since. :) P5 will be the only thing I play for several months most likely.

My first encounter with Persona series, was the annoncement of P3P for the PSP back in 2010. Being an avid PSP fan I checked the still images, and just fell in love with it, without even knowing what the game was about. Played through the male and female route, and loved every minute. Bought P3FES, but not being able to control the party, killed the game for me. Luckely P4Golden brought the magic back.

Look up their scores on metacritic. Do they give every PS game a 100? Hardly. They gave The Order a 50! Average metacritic score is 63. They gave Knack a 40! Average metacritic score was 54. So in these two cases, OPM was actually harsher towards first party games than most.

P4G on Vita was an incredible game.
I even went through the game a second time for the Platinum trophy.

P5 is a Day 1 buy for me.

I also hope they do a remaster of P4 for PS4 someday or at least a re-release of the PS2 game with trophies.
