Resident Evil 7 debuted in January, breathing new life into the storied franchise. Although some people have taken to mastering the main game in every possible way, many of us still crave more. Thankfully, the ‘Banned Footage Volume 1’ DLC has finally arrived on Xbox One and Windows after a short period of PlayStation 4 exclusivity. Now everyone can experience the new nightmare.
In this episode, the guys discuss the appeal of simulation games as well as review the past week's news such as the re-release of L.A. Noire, the release of Destiny 2, character creation in the upcoming South Park game, new Resident Evil releases, Nintendo, Pokemon and more!!
Carlos writes "Resident Evil 7: biohazard may have released a few months back, but unlike most titles, the DLC made an appearance just a few days later. It takes a brave man to jump into the new-found experience that once defined horror gaming, just a few days after scaring himself first time round, so having left it a little while I decided to finally jump in and see if Capcom could keep up the thrill ride with the extra content too."
Still have the base game to scare the hell out of me before I need to worry about this!
Travis Bruno of Capsule Computers writes:
"We’ve seen that Resident Evil 7: biohazard had everything that fans could want in a new style of horror game. Now after the full game has been available for some time Capcom has begun releasing DLC in the form of a few packs called Banned Footage. Now is the Banned Footage Volume 1 a worthwhile pack of DLC to add onto the experience or is it something to pass over?"
