I've seen some of the early footage for this, it looks great, kind of like RE4 but more towards the horror aspect of RE1-3. It's basically what RE7 should have been

The character design may not have been the right choice for the game but it absolutely does look like it inspired from the original 3 , it even has that Racoon City streets touch that we miss all the time , its unacceptable how an indie studio does what Capcom didn't do since RE4 and yet you have huge amount of sheeples and IDIOTS praising them for the abomination that is called "RE7" and doesn't want to see something close to this or the vibe of the original games , even the people who are used to work on the original games are working on this :

Fxxxking sad .. its so sad that we put our faith on indie studios and not on AAA companies that own the title , its also sad how the gaming industry went .

Relax buddy I've been seeing gameplay footage of this game for a while now and I still intend to purchase it and support their Endeavors and I actually still purchased Resident Evil 7 , it does not need to be in either or this is not a cult and no one's trying to kill you.

Relax.

the reason why you don't see Capcom making Resident Evil 7 with this game is is because they're still a business I could assure you that if they even released Resident Evil 7 the way you see this game they were not even get a get the fraction of the sales.

Even Resident Evil 7 is not receiving Resident Evil 5 or 6 type sales.

What I like about Resident Evil 7 is basically what I like about the older Resident Evils , the backtracking ,the puzzles, The Limited ammo , weapons and health etc

Yes Resident Evil 7 was not a carbon copy of the original Resident Evil but it's actually the closest effort to the older concept than anything they've actually ever done even with Resident Evil 4 cuz Resident Evil 4 a lacked the features I just told you....

When Resident Evil 4 released it had to be a departure from what they were doing previously simply because it was not moving units when you look at the sales of Code Veronica and Resident Evil Zero or even Resident Evil Outbreak it is very clear that the concept was waiting on fans in Resident Evil 4 brought in a whole crowd of consumers.

Clearly many of which were not even longtime Resident Evil fans ask yourself this where are the people who bought Resident Evil 5 and 6 in regards to Revelations one or two?

That's actually all you need to know about the older concept it is just something that is not going to be bringing in all those fans like the high-octane action series brought in.

Resident Evil 7 in my personal opinion is probably the best mix of survival elements with sparse action since Resident Evil 2 I would even argue it even has left big action scenes than even Resident Evil 2 did.

I would say Resident Evil 7 is much closer to the very first Resident Evil in terms of concept and design than even Resident Evil 2.

So I would like a return to the exact perspective in regards to third person as well as the horror elements they added in to Resident Evil 7, but I understand why Resident Evil 7 has to be what it is for them as a business to survive and to stay relevant it was made on a small budget and they were able to recoup all of those losses very short late without risking the entire companies existence.

Hopefully Revelations 3 but add more of those survival elements and basically be exactly like what the older Resident Evils were, but please stop trying to downplay in bash Resident Evil 7 simply because of perspective is as a person that's actually played every single Resident Evil Resident Evil 7 is very much a Resident Evil game based on its core concept.

I would ironically argue even more than Resident Evil 4 a damn game that doesn't even have limited features, the Hallmark of the original series.

But let's cry about a perspective?

Lol

I'm buying this and I'm still going to continue to play the Resident Evil games especially if they're anything like what they did with 7.

We can still have Revelations 3, we can still have Resident Evil 8 and we could still have this game it's not an either-or...

Why have less?

Everyone .. PLEASE support them
This game is being worked by the directors of RE3 and the director Parasite Eve 2

This is an easy game to support and regards to Kickstarter I've actually only supported two games that was the mighty 9 and shenmue 3 , clearly the M9 being a pretty big mistake but I have faith behind the original Capcom team

They didn't steer me wrong with Evil Within!!!

I liked what I saw from the first couple videos and hopefully they could get fully funded or get picked up by a respectable publisher.
