Xploder PS4 cheat system is coming soon, pre-orders available

Xploder is set to release a PS4 cheat system. Release date is still unknown but pre-orders are now available.

I dont see any reason why you would want to cheat on a game you paid all that money for. Just enjoy the game and get better at it. I hope that trophys get blocked if using this crap.

Cheats are just that "cheats".

There will always be people who look for unfair advantages whether in life or in a game. In a game, I suppose for some people cheating strokes their ego but the really sad thing about them is the fact that they are really cheating themselves and they can't understand why.

1. Area might be to hard need invincibility
2. might need unlimited amo.

1)if an area is too hard, it means you need to either go back and get stronger, or try a different tactic.
2)if you need unlimited ammo, refer to point 1

Most likely wont, i remember going for my white knight chronicles plat and there were these overpowered cheat players who got all the trophies in matter of 30 mins, to get all the trophies would roughly tske 6 months of grind fest but i enjoyed playing it meeting new people,

I agree that trophies should get blocked for fairness.
As well as no cheats for online games.

Although I disagree with no cheating for offline, it can take some of the tedium out of a few games & make them more fun, adjusting the difficulty as the player sees fit, whether they want to enjoy the gameplay or the story.

Nowadays with games being fairly easy to beat, cheats are pointless.

Games with unreasonable difficulties and especially those that try to con you into making micropayments which can be construed as "pay to win" I won't play.

In the case of games like the Souls series and Bloodborne which are tough but fair you have to learn how to "git gud" (pun intended here) otherwise, you just have to accept that the game is really not for you. Sure it is possible to cheat such as level 0 with all attributes set to 99 and/or having weapons and armor way beyond your class (normally PC players) but if you are caught you will be banned from online play.

I do agree that cheating is pointless since in the long run you are only cheating yourself but there are some who really can't see that and make all sorts of excuses for cheating.

That's because its not really made for cheating, per se. It's just a way to be able to download and use game saves that other people post, that may have them at a place in their game with more ammo, money, etc. Its basically an unlocker for game saves.

the old xploders,action replays ,game genies and game sharks used to let you make your own cheats while playing the game, the way cheat engine and artmoney work on pc but since the ps3 days and beyond all they have been able to do is save editing , not any where near as comprehensive or good but people will buy it as useless as it would be in all honesty.

back in the mega drive and snes days up to ps2 days they were a cartridge or memory card type thing but the ports that allowed them to be connected were either removed or altered so they changed them to disc based and once they changed to disc based they lost the ability to let you find your own cheats then ps3 days you couldn't really even cheat any more it was just save editing.

Ok makes sense. That's why it seemed kinda weird to me, a disc based game genie.. couldn't you just download a save from the internet and put it on your PS4?

i would like to unlock it as im 98% done in a game

will this be a one of fee or a yearly fee after one year so we have to pay for the device again

I dont remember game atm but once I played a game that I almost had platinum the trophies were not synced and my PS3 got damaged when I got a new PS3 that i downloaded my save from psn+ cloud all trophies besides then one that was left synced with same time, If sony banned me cause I cheated when I didnt I'd get really pissed off

It was a flaw on their system they tried to fix it with the ps4 when trophies were earned only online and auto synced but people were complaining and they put back offline trophies so its still possible that someone goes through what happened to me. If players has many games w/ same stamp time then that person is probably cheating I dont think It can happend a few time

it doesn't work like that. If I play offline and hit all the requirements to earn a throphy they will pop one i sync with PSN making it seem like I earned them in that moment.

I still have an action replay disc version for ps2 and an xploder disc version for both the ps1 and ps2 in my games collection with the original xploder tin that it came in, the tin is pretty tarnished on the outside now tho but it does its job at keeping the discs all safe

Things like this are needed for buggy games, and im talking about current games to like mafia 3, when i got through 70% of the game, i died on a certain mission, the check point loads in front of the enemies who are killing me as the game loads, i have no chance to do anything, im dead once it loads.

I had the PC version so enabling God mod got me through this, console players need this

Back in the day Datel made such a thing on disc for the Wii called "Freeloader" that allowed you to play games from any region on your Wii. In less than 3 months Nintendo had it locked out in their firmware making the product complete useless from that point on. And if you think you could avoid updating, Smash Brothers Brawl had a mandatory update on the disc that was needed to play the game so it was an unavoidable update then. http://www.eurogamer.net/ar...

Oh and I remember Datel claimed at the time that it wouldn't be locked out by Nintendo but they were just going on the history that the Gamecube version of the software was never locked out (because the console didn't get firmware updates and they never considered it a possibility that at the time)

Don't waste your money on this until we see what happens with it come launch.

I doubt this will give traditional cheats. It's just editing a save within the limits of the game. Nothing crazy like air walking or stuff like that.
