Treyarch Studios is developing the next installment to the Call of Duty franchise, Call of Duty: World at War. Treyarch was founded in 1996, and has since released more than 20 titles on almost every platform. In late 2004, after completing the Expansion Pack of the Year Call of Duty: United Offensive, Gray Matter Interactive joined forces and merged with Treyarch as work commenced on Call of Duty 2: Big Red One.

Just about every year in the 7th generation was great and something we most likely won't experience again.
