Indie games lately have had more reasons for my purchases than the regurgitated AAA Formula we have seen for most of this Generation.

If AAA is so good, Why is Hellblade looking so good when it's an indie.
Why is Ubisoft taking notes from CDprojekt Red on the Witcher 3
Megaton Rainfall another great example. AAA games couldn't doa good superman but an indie game is taking the idea of superman and putting it in the right genre and place.

Simply put you are wrong. Sony is the company that ushered in an indy game renaissance...on a console no less. With a scientifically engineered controller. Think no science goes into a keyboard and a mouse? What about a graphics card?

And a true gamer ignores titles such as AAA and enjoys them outside of the opinions of other people or websites.

Don't forget to go to the PS Store like a normal website on your computer.

Just google PS Store.. click the link... Sign in to PSN.. and then find the tab for the PS+ games..

If you do it this way you can get the cross-buy games on your PS4 even if you don't have a PS3 or Vita.

The cross-buy games won't show up on the PS Store if you just browse it thru the PS4.

This way you can get 5 PS4 games instead of just 2!

Yeah, I only realized this recently, after having considered buying a vita, I must have enough games to fill up a 64gb should I get one, only to remember that I'd neglected to remember the fact that you actually have to download them on the vita/app/website. Probably won't buy one anymore.

Definitely better then last month with LBP3. Not as good as the first two LBP games, but it wasn't terrible either. The rest looks like Indies. I've wanted to try Not A Hero though. Most of the games are playable on PS4 as well. That's a plus.

The exclusives being released in Feb for the PS4 are much better then the PSPlus games for this month. Games like NiOh, Horizon: Zero Dawn & Ys Origin. Still nice to have a side distraction.

I no longer subscribe to plus. I may get a month here and there if there's a game I want to play online but the service is no where near as great as it was last gen. I just don't have any real life friends with PSN to play online with.

As much as I love LBP, and already have LBP3, it's more a kids game than the kids games I played when I was a kid. Not to say it's only for kids, but things like Mario and Megaman were much more difficult platform games.

Maybe that's what he's referring to, because LBP is a really fun game, particularly when you start getting into some of the better user levels.

Guess if people want to think it's a kids game, they can live in their own ignorance. Everyone else can have fun playing the game.

Yeah "kids" that can barely play games are amazing at creating epic new levels games all sorts... they could barely play the campaign. It's a game for all ages. Like call of duty apparently.
Fair play maybe he can teach my 7 year old Nephew ;) my niece who's only 4 can get through marios and such tho. I'm sure there are many many talented lil ones I just meant generally they happy to run around and just play, creating stuff is a whole new kettle of fish and generally only taken up by the adults or the advanced kids on their days off from Mensa ;)

I once saw it like you until I played LBP. It's addicting as hell and the levels the community makes look like entire new games to play inside a game.

The indie flood doesn't interest me though, not saying they are bad but I have a backlog of major releases I still want to play rather then those.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed LBP3. I grabbed it as a $3 download on PS3 a while back. I think there are a few bugs in the PS4 version Sumo Digital has yet to fix

Trade your copy in or sell sure you'll recoup some of the cost as o bought about 6-12 months ago Physical for barely £15 so can't imagine you've lost all that much if only got it in last 3 months or so sel it for £5-10 get your "free" copy ;)

Each to their own but I've had PS4 since day one and Xbox one s since Gears model came out... selling Xbox in next 2-3 weeks max...in time for switch. I done Halo collection quantum break, sunset overdrive, Forza Horizon 3, killer instinct, rare replay. Other than that nothing else exclusive wise games for gold is better? Haha killer instinct season 2 is cool the rest is pretty average at best or just old BC games. I had 360 for 9 years and still got all the classics. They ain't releasing the classics on games with gold Burnout Paradise excluded as it's epic the rest have been average at best and either way nothing upcoming except maybe Crackdown 3 if they get clouds to work and going on Crackdown 2... gonna be a system seller. By all means sell your PS4 grab an Xbox but Scorpio is gonna launch 6 months later.. with no games and then you'll prob go back to playstation anyway as they've clearly got something going on this generation. New games being announced daily. Get games announced at E3 and that's it each year with Xbox... except third party multiplatform stuff. Only games news you hear from microsoft is yep cancelled. Check the ps official blog site new games daily. PS4/Switch is winning combo this generation.

What is this? Playstation finally taking a note on how to do free games on ps plus from xbox

That's laughable being as Sony we're doing it on PS3! And Vita... and then PS4! 3 consoles up to 6 games a month and Xbox one got free games from day1? Month1? No took them a few months to cave in and start offering dribble. So whilst Sony were doing 6 games a month Xbox were doing no games a month.
The month I got Vita I got Uncharted, Katamari, street fighter vs tekken And Gravity Rush!! 4 top end games for that 1 system alone. PS3 was banging out AAA games because they had been releasing games for 5-7 years at that point and had a vast back catalogue. Xbox got 360 back catalogue and sure it's getting released now but hardly the classics. Burnout was great. Rayman 😩😂 can't even remember the rest it's been dire.
PS4 will start banging all the launch games soon as PS3 wasn't afraid to give away Big games Uncharted, god of wars, killzone, big exclusive games they'll start coming to ps+ sooner rather than later then see if microsoft up their gsme again likely as reactive rather than pro active as always.

Okay LBP3 is awesome. Not a Hero is okay, if you can stand the humor style.

The other PS4 games are... bad. I checked out the Steam reviews on these indies, and they are not well-liked. I can't call this a big upturn for PS+, since LBP3 is Sony published, and thus cheaper for them to dole out for free.
