The archaic controls, odd pace and reliance on Trico made it an ordeal. It's saved you its charm but that will vary from person to person.

People have different opinion about this game which I understand.
Seems to split opinions which is understandable considering it's not a traditional game/genre and has some 'unusual' mechanics.
Can't conclude which side of the fence I'm on yet as I'm waiting to pick it up a bit cheaper.
