It's a good week for Nintendo in terms of lawsuits. The Patent Trial and Appeal Board has invalidated a lawsuit brought against Nintendo by Gamevice.

The Gamevice is a very interesting product with a unique take on the whole MFi or Made For iPhone controller deal.
This is seriously what phones need. They can produce visual quality, but touch is not the answer. I am glad to see a product like this.
