For me ps4 has the best launch line up. We will see though mpre could be added to the switch ahead of launch.

I preferred the xbox one launch personally, i bought a ps4 later to play until dawn, which was excellent.

As i mentioned above the switch lineup is small, but out of all consoles i think it has the best launch game with Zelda.

Okay I will agree with you on switch having the best launch game between all three. That is for damn sure lol

The only thing with these lists is that new games are added every few days. There are 2 additional switch games not mentioned due for launch.
Even with those extra the switch day 1 is tiny, but it has a lot of games releasing in the first 6 weeks. What i will say looking at the list is that switch has the best game at launch out of all the consoles. If anyone disagrees let me know which you think is better than Zelda.

Seems like they missed a bunch of launch games.

But yeah, I don't think it's about numbers. It launches with a major exlcusive Breath of the Wild. Personally I think that might be the best game ever created and I will without a doubt experience that game on the more powerful system.
It will just be that good.
And yeah it will get 12 exclusives more or less released within one year and they all look to be pretty good to so even without Zelda accounted the Xenoblade games have really been for me at least by far the most impressive JRPG:s, Mario Odessey seems to really be raising the bar a lot for platformers, all those other games like ARMS etc looks insanely good to.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2: https://www.youtube.com/wat...
The Legend of Zelda - Breath of the Wild: https://www.youtube.com/wat...
Super Mario Odyssey: https://www.youtube.com/wat...
Splatoon 2: https://www.youtube.com/wat...
Fire Emblem: https://www.youtube.com/wat...
Fire Emblem Warriors: https://www.youtube.com/wat...
Fast RMX: https://www.youtube.com/wat...
1-2 Switch: https://www.youtube.com/wat...
Snipperclippers: https://www.youtube.com/wat...
Seasons of Heaven: https://www.youtube.com/wat...
Syberia 3 (might be an exclusive, different sources says different things): https://www.youtube.com/wat...
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe: https://www.youtube.com/wat...
And yeah even without all these games accounter for it still got some really good third party games all ready. Personally I will for example probable go for Dragon Quest, Dragon Ball, Shinigami Tensei, Talos of (?) and a couple of sports games like NBA 2K18 or Fifa (18?).

MFs has been beating their chests over great quarterly results and big profits to shareholders while firing people by the thousands just like Sony.

I wonder if at the top of those rumored layoffs they´ll also cancel upcoming or unannounced games while shutting down more studios as well.

"just like Sony"

Gosh you're insufferable, not everything needs to be both-sides'd. Sony's had layoffs, but nothing like what Microsoft has been doing and is continuing to do.

I mean, no offense, but this is why you’re not some corporate business person running a major corporation. Big profits don’t mean jobs are safe. Do you understand why things like this happen:

Cutting jobs to maintain or increase profitability, especially in underperforming divisions like parts of Xbox like other gaming divisions.

Corporate restructuring and relocating resources for strategic stability in ever changing markets and consumer behaviors.

Investor expectations and optimizing operations to maintain investor confidence. Whatever boosts stock prices and improves future margins.

And there’s many other factors at play. It’s never as simple as business doing well, everyone’s safe. That’s just you not understanding at all how corporations work and have been working since the beginning. This isn’t something that’s specific to Xbox, you can bet your ass Sony and Nintendo do this and if it’s not clear by now, game development is not a stable job nor has it ever been for many. A lot of developers are contractors and guess what happens when a project is done?
