Reggie Fils-Aime said that Nintendo's history is to make smart choices and get lucky, and they plan to do it once again with the Switch.
The legendary composer celebrates forty years of game composing with a new collection.
Former PlayStation boss Shuhei Yoshida claims PlayStation still believes Xbox is their only true competitor, not Nintendo.
True, they have pretty different audiences..and some People just have both at home or a PS and a PC that emulates more or less everything from Nintendo.
Xbox hasn't been a competitor since the XB360. Last generation and this generation Sony has been running circles around Xbox. As for Sony vs Nintendo Sony runs circles yes but I don't really see Nintendo as competition. Nintendo does their own thing and it works.
microsoft wanted to crush sony into dust and they had the money to do it, but with such weak leadership it was always going to fail
Game Rant interviews Plants vs. Zombies composer Peter McConnell about honoring the series’ quirky roots, adapting its themes, and now going vinyl.
The score for the first Plants Vs Zombies is such great, iconic music that it has a timeless quality. Not quite the level of Minecraft, but wonderful in its own right.
Hopefully it does better than the Wii U
I suppose that's all they might have, getting lucky. I certainly don't see many smart choices in the Switch
I believe the Switch could do great, but they really need to nail down the messaging. Fingers crossed!
5 smart choices you didn't make
1. comparable graphical power to other consoles
2. trophies/achievements (also on virtual console games)
3. An online service that actually makes sense and adds value i.e. games with gold where you actually get to keep the games after the month is over. They've already made us buy virtual console titles multiple times because they don't transfer to the different systems.
4. More than one good launch title.
5. Third party support for games that actual matter and are quality games. Skyrim is great but it's a port from a 360 era game not even the new special edition.
I don't know how in the world NOA has this guy as the face of North America. He comes off as the biggest disgenous, pompous %ss I've seen represent their company. If anything he'd cause me not to buy the product. Even when he spins his pr crap ppl see right through his nonsense and it seems so fake.
