Lately most of the games that have been released in the last few months have not been challenging. Rise & Shine is breath of fresh air in terms of challenge and the story is not half bad either. Actually, the story is pretty good.
Rise and Shine is a brilliant 2D platformer that references some of gaming’s most iconic franchises while offering a unique experience all of its own. It’s packed with non-stop action, twists and the art style and animation make it one of the most gorgeous games on the Nintendo Switch to date.
The people of Gamearth thought they were at peace with the aliens but guess again, they’re not. Amidst the alien invasion, a boy named Rise stumbles into a villain that kills the Legendary Hero. The fallen hero left behind a gun named Shine, that now resides with Rise. It’s up this dynamic duo to save Gamearth and bring peace to the planet.
Adult Swim Games and Super Awesome Hyper Dimensional Mega Team have announced that the arcade-action platformer Rise & Shine is available now on Nintendo Switch.
