Crtytek Could Be Facing More Financial Problems

Developer of the Crysis series, the original Far Cry and Rise: Son of Rome, Crytek, could possibly be facing some financial instability if recent employee reviews on Glassdoor are to be believed.

I was hoping for a CRYSIS 4 in the near future .Sad to see developers working their butts off and having a delay in getting their pay checks .

I absolutely loved the crysis series. I really hope they can secure the funds to produce crysis 4. Sad to see studios with this much talent struggling

even though the first crysis and ryse son of rome are decent - good games, it feels like crytek are a one-trick-pony, that pony being the crysis series

I thought a while back that after being in trouble, it was odd their next project is a VR game. To me it doesn't make sense. There's a small audience for those games just now.

Crytek is so damn lost right now, if they stayed true to its roots and developing proper sequels to Crysis and Warhead right now they would be the PC game developer king, PC gamers wouldn't be talking Start Citizen this and that, I still have hope for Crytek , I build my gaming rig just to play Crysis and Warhead and I don't regret it one damn bit! the experience was freaking awesome!, also my motto was: " If I can build a gaming rig that can handle Crysis I can ran whatever games I throw in for the next following years!" , and guess what ? I was correct!.

I hope Crytek do a comeback for at least PC gaming, I don't care if they don't port to my PS4, I want to see this guys as the best developers for PC gaming and show to those greedy noobs at Star Citizen how a stunning complete game is created.

They been making Great looking bad games for over a decade now. I'm surprised they were able to create Robinson on PSVR and once again 3 hours of gameplay goes back to my first sentence GREAT LOOKING BAD GAMES... it's just so disappointing because they have a wonderful design staff, it's their gameplay and story teams that suck ass.
