Rockstar Games is releasing Grand Theft Auto IV on the franchise's original platform, with a host of improvements -- but do you really need to buy it again?

Just about every year in the 7th generation was great and something we most likely won't experience again.
2009 for example had Assassin's Creed 2, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Dragon Age: Origins, Uncharted 2, Halo 3: ODST, Killzone 2, Borderlands, Bayonetta, and Demon's Souls to name a few.

Grand Theft Auto 4 is an important game for Rockstar, not least because it was the first title in the franchise to use the newly created RAGE engine.
WTF? For those of us that didn't get it for 360 or PS3, preferring the freedom a PC provides, no we wouldn't have to buy it again.
For those that already have it on 360 and PS3, the answer is pretty clear that they shouldn't buy it again; why the hell would you?
