You may not like Nintendo but a vast majority of gamers like Nintendo. Their games consistently rate higher and are seen as better then both Sony and Microsoft.

It is hard to argue with these 1st party releases since 2013:

Super Mario 3D World = Metacritic 93
Legend of Zelda Twighlight Princess = Metacritic 86
Splatoon = Metacritic 81
Super Smash Brothers Wii U = Metacritic 92
Bayonetta 2 - Metacritic 91
Zelda Wind Walker = Metacritic 90
Mario Kart 8 = Metacritic 88
Super Mario Maker = Metacritic 88
Pikimin 3 = Metacritic 87

I haven't seen either Sony or Microsoft get these high of scores consistently when releasing first party games this generation.
