Nintendo Has Acquired Shiver Entertainment From Embracer Group
Great news it shows that Nintendo intends to continue developing ports of AAA games to its next gen platform
Buying studios from embracer now is a great deal, they must be dirt cheap at this point, Nintendo is a opportunist, they wait until someone fall so they get their best deal
I hope someone buys Piranha Bytes, their future isn't looking good right now. I love their RPGs, they're janky as f***, but they have heart and soul.
Nintendo saw the Mortal Kombat 1 Switch port and were like, "Yeah, these guys are worth acquiring."
You can't make this crap up lol
Opinions are like buttholes...everyones got one
It's literally the big thing I took away from the trailer to be honest. Not the gimmicks or handheld part, the fact that they had a normal controller ready at the start.
Shame they didn't make it look like the Gamecube since it looks a little like a unofficial Xbox controller but beggars can't be choosers.
Now hopefully we'll see a bundle with this included. I don't want to have lots of bits and bobs lying around like the Wii U. All I want is a console and the controller or my choice.
My take away from this.
- Once again Nintendo switches back forth between asymmetrical and symmetrical controllers, and no that was not a pun.
- We can't use this Pro Controller on the go while the NS is portable? If this controller is as comfortable as this article says it is, it'd be hard to adjust to another control scheme after this preferred one.
- I can't seem to find a headphone jack on this thing. Looks like Nintendo still hasn't learned.
Facts of pain ?
People say that about the DS4, and let me tell you despite liking PS, the triggers cramp up my hands forcing me to use the shoulder buttons instead. I personally would rather use my Xbone controller, a 360 controller, or probably this (looks quite similar to Xbox design). Simply put it all comes down to preference
