Playground Games did a great job. I can't wait too see what they do next also it's pretty cool to see that they collaborated with Rare to use tech from Sea of Thieves to make the ocean look as good as it does.

I'm playing this game maxed out on PC so it's gotta be a console thing for people to believe this game is graphically perfect. Screenshots are either filtered or up scaled. The first city looks terrible and the cars look bloated with little detail. Plenty of bland textures and generic low res structures. But then again it could be issues with the port.
